Preparation Instructions: Kiwi Tart
| With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom
of the tart shells. |
| Peel and slice the kiwi. |
| Place five or six nice slices around the shell. |
| Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush. |
| Slices that are not as pretty can be hidden under
others. |
