Peach-Kiwi Tart is prepared on a prebaked tart shell, lined with cold vanilla pastry cream, peaches and kiwi fruit are sliced and displayed on the tart. Apricot coating keeps it all fresh and in place.

Ingredients Required: Peach-Kiwi Tart
Preparation Instructions: Peach-Kiwi Tart
| With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom of the tart shells. |
| Peel and slice the fruits. |
| Cover half the shell with peach slices, then the other half with kiwi slices. |
| Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush. |
| Canned peaches can be used instead. |
