This chocolate brownie is easy to mix together when you need a quick chocolate treat. All natural and simple ingredients make this treat delicious to eat.

Ingredients Required: Chocolate Brownie

| Butter - Unsalted |
6 ounces |
| Sugar |
9 ounces |
| Eggs |
3 Large |
| Vanilla |
1 teaspoons |
| Flour |
3/4 cup |
| Cocoa |
1/2 cup |
| Baking Powder |
1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt |
1/2 teaspoon |
Preparation Instructions: Chocolate Brownie
| Using a microwave safe bowl melt the butter, (don't boil - just melt it). |
| Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir with a wire whip until smooth. |
| Sift the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl, continue stirring until smooth. |
| Pour into a 9” x 9” greased pan. |
| Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 25 minutes, or until done. |
| Cool in pan until the brownie is cold enough to handle. |
| Optionally add ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter. |
