This small round tart is made in a pre-baked shell filled with cold vanilla pastry cream. Pineapple sections are arranged with candied cherries to garnish. Apricot coating holds it all together and keeps it looking fresh.

Ingredients Required: Pineapple Tart
Preparation Instructions: Pineapple Tart
| Using a small spatula spread pastry cream into bottom
of shell. |
| Slice pineapple wedges in appropriate size pieces to fit your tart shell. |
| Place two slices onto each tart shell. Garnish with bright red cherry piece |
| Glaze with apricot glaze using a small pastry brush. |
| Store chilled. |
