This little tart is made on a pre-baked tart shell which is filled with vanilla pastry cream. Pitted bing cherries are arranged and held in place with red apricot coating.

Ingredients Required: Bing Cherry Tart
Preparation Instructions: Bing Cherry Tart
| Using a small spatula spread pastry cream into bottom
of shell. |
| Place three bing cherries onto each tart shell. |
| Glaze with red apricot glaze using a small pastry
brush. |
| Store chilled. |
