This miniature version tart is filled with vanilla pastry cream, topped with a slice of kiwi. Apricot coating keeps it looking fresh.

Ingredients Required: Kiwi Tart
Preparation Instructions: Kiwi Tart
| Using a small spatula spread pastry cream into bottom
of shell. |
| Peel and slice kiwi in 12 nice slices. |
| Place one slice onto each tart shell. |
| Glaze with apricot glaze using a small pastry brush. |
| Store chilled. |
