Ingredients Required: Choc Brownie Sundae
Preparation Instructions: Choc Brownie Sundae
| Cut the brownie into 3 inch squares and plate them. Warm the ganache over a Bain-Marie until slightly warm and smooth. Drain the maraschino cherries on a dry paper towel. |
| When ready to serve dessert place a nice full sccop of the frozen gelato on top of each brownie using an ice cream dipper. |
| Using a laddle pour a generous amount of the liquid ganache over the top of the gelato. |
| Apply a cherry to the top of each sundae, prssing it in firmly . |
