Fresh Strawberries are sliced and arranged on a prebaked tart shell, that's lined with a layer of cold vanilla pastry cream, it's glazed with a red apricot coating to keep it fresh and holds the strawberries together.

Ingredients Required: Strawberry Tart
Preparation Instructions: Strawberry Tart
| With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom
of the tart shells. |
| Wash the strawberries and remove the green and stem. |
| Place as desired onto the pastry cream. One in the
center and then half berries leaned against the center berry works
well. |
| Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush. |
| When all the berries are small stand one in the middle
and several around the outside of it. |
