This chocolate tart is prepared on a prebaked 4 inch frangipan tart shell. It's filled with a mount of fabrication ganache and topped with chocolate sprinkles and a rossette.

Preparation Instructions: Chocolate Tart
| Using a spatula, spread the ganache into the tart shell. Mound it so the center is higher and the edges are smooth. |
| Drench the top completely with chocolate sprinkles. |
| With a star tip, garnish with a rosette of the ganache. |
| Store in refrigerator until served. |
| A candied flower or colored mimosa works well as garnish. |
