A 4 inch sugar dough shell is covered with a layer of pastry cream then fresh or frozen blueberries are arranged across the tart shell. The pastry is then brushed with a hot apricot glaze to help keep it fresh and moist.

Preparation Instructions: Blueberry Tart
| With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom
of the tart shells. |
| One by one place the berries around the outside
edge of the shell, then fill the center area. |
| Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush. |
| Frozen blueberries work if fresh are out of season. |
